Experience a musical discovery day for the whole family

If you have (grand)children, nephews, nieces…between the ages of eight and twelve, why not bring them along to the opera? In a family context, you can enjoy three operas and three Super Saturdays, with a whole range of activities and performances that introduce the music of the 20^th century. We open the series with the rhythms and contemporary sounds of Steve Reich in the dance production Rain. Next, the scintillating music of Rimsky-Korsakov illustrates the magical Russian folk tale of The Golden Cockerel. We finish up with Madama Butterfly, perhaps Giacomo Puccini’s best-known opera.
