Immerse yourself in the artistic world of the director
An evening in the company of the director Olivier Fredj, in the course of which we immerse ourselves in his artistic world. First, we host a discussion – punctuated by numerous film excerpts – about the influence of the cinema on Fredj’s first La Monnaie production. The second part of the evening offers an opportunity to (re)discover Akira Kurosawa’s Throne of Blood, a transposition of Shakespeare’s Macbeth to medieval Japan.
