Green Opera

La Monnaie is going all out for a ‘Green Opera’! We are taking steps, big and small, to ensure that an awareness of both environment and climate is embedded in everything we do.

Attend a theme day on Saturday June 20^th and find out how we are putting this commitment into practice. From innovative recycling to reduced toxicity in the products for costumes and sets, and from energy-saving lighting to the use of eco-friendly materials: there is so much to take into account in opera!
