De Munt-LaMonnaie is looking for female extras aerial silk artists (age 18 to 40) for a new opera production , periode December 2025 - februari 2026
Profile description:
- Classic beauty (‘muse’ style): elegant, tall and slim
- Minimum height 1.75 m.
- Apparent age between 18 and 40
- Possess the following skills: acting, dance (learning a choreography) and aerial silks.
Good to know:
- On the day of 8 March 2025, a first casting session will take place at the Ateliers de la Monnaie Candidates for this casting are selected based on their submitted entries.
- Rehearsal period in Brussels :
- 5 December 2025 - 11 January 2026: 10am-5.30pm
- (no rehearsals between 22 and 16/12/2025)
- 13 - 25 January 2026: 2-5pm - 7-10pm
- 8 performances at the Théâtre de la Monnaie :
- 28, 31 January and 3, 5, 11, 14 and 17 February 2026 at 7.30pm,
- 8 February 2026 at 3pm
- Candidates have a place of residence in Brussels or the surrounding area.
